Foster Full-Time MBA also secures Princeton Reviews #1 ranking in Greatest Resources for Women

According to the annual Princeton Review Best Business Schools MBA Rankings 2024, the Foster School of Business Full-Time MBA ranks among the top business schools in the country across multiple categories. The Foster MBA secured the #1 spot as Best MBA for Marketing and Greatest Resources for Women. It also ranks #9 in Best Administered and Best Campus Environment, a salute to the beautiful University of Washington campus in the heart of Seattle. The Foster MBA also ranks #10 in Best MBA for Operations and #7 in Top Entrepreneurship programs.

The Princeton Review ranking is based on a cohort of 244 business schools and surveys of more than 21,500 students. The best on-campus MBA program ranking criteria are based on schools’ selectivity, quality of classroom experience, professors, campus environment, career outcomes, and academic rigor.

Foster ranks #1 in Resources for Women MBAs

The Princeton Review based this cohort on a combination of factors, including school-reported data on the percentage of female students and faculty. The rankings also consider student answers to survey questions such as an assessment of resources for female students and whether the school offers coursework for women entrepreneurs.

Foster’s small class culture empowers student learning and provides extensive leadership opportunities for women MBAs. Students can connect to a supportive and inspiring community through Foster Women in Business, the Forté Foundation, and the National Association of Women MBAs. Many distinguished female faculty members lead and deliver the MBA program’s curriculum. Strong female voices are also present in current students and alumni of the program. For example, 47% of students in the Full-time MBA class of 2025 are women.

Top MBA programs in Marketing and Entrepreneurship

The Princeton Review based the rankings on factors such as the percentage of graduates going into each discipline, their starting salary, and an assessment of how well their school prepares them for their future careers.

Foster’s MBA program and opportunities through Foster’s Buerk Center for Entrepreneurship helped to secure its #7 ranking in the Best School for Entrepreneurship category.

“Foster’s small class size allows students to develop deep bonds with each other, their faculty, and program staff, and ensures that each student has plenty of opportunities to shine and build a strong support network that lasts a lifetime,” says Erin Town, Assistant Dean, Full-time, Evening, and Global MBA Programs. “Our learn-by-doing philosophy gives students incredible opportunities to put their interests into practice and add real, measurable experiences to their resumes. Meaningful experiences and connections truly make the difference at Foster.”
