October ’24 DEI Digest
Welcome back Foster…welcome home. We are embarking on a new year of promise. The promise that we are going to be challenged in our thinking. The promise that we are going to make great strides in our learning. The promise that we have the opportunity to connect with classmates and colleagues in meaningful ways.
This month’s highlights include our Latine Celebration: Unity, Unidad, Unidade, featuring refreshments and an opportunity to connect with friends and colleagues while honoring the vibrant Latine culture. We are also excited to announce a unique opportunity for Foster students to attend a Fireside Chat with Microsoft Chief Communications Officer Frank X. Shaw and WE Communications Founder and CEO Melissa Waggener Zorkin. This event is a unique chance to engage with influential leaders who will share their insights on navigating the business world and driving change.
With each edition of the DEI Digest, we aim to shine a spotlight on the incredible ways our community is advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion. We are proud of the progress made so far and look forward to continuing this journey with all of you.
